MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about why it's been so windy in Minnesota this month. It included a very rare 60+ mph wind gust.
Seeley also says that the month has been colder than average so far, which is a rarity in recent times.
