Prince fans celebrated the Minnesota musician's life during the Late Night Dance Party at First Avenue in Minneapolis on Friday, the anniversary of his death.

Over 1,500 people attended the sold out show.

Fans swarmed downtown Minneapolis, wearing purple and singing Prince songs as they walked down the street, then danced the night away.
