Many cities around the country are already beginning to deal with the practical effects of climate change.

MPR chief meteorologist Paul Huttner talked to MPR News reporter Elizabeth Dunbar about her reporting on Minneapolis' storm water tunnels. He also talked to city of Minneapolis sustainability program coordinator Kelly Muellman and Varun Sivaram, CFR acting director of the program on energy security and climate change, about the trends we're seeing in municipal climate change preparation.
