Just two new traffic impacts hit the Twin Cities for Memorial Day weekend.
But come Tuesday, three new closures begin.

This weekend
Minnesota highways 47 and 65 in Minneapolis. Access to and from Highway 47/University Avenue will be closed at 20th Avenue through June 5.
Interstate 94, St. Paul to Maplewood. Starting Saturday, traffic will be reduced to three westbound lanes and two eastbound lanes. Closures last through Tuesday morning.
Tuesday, May 30
Interstate 94 Minneapolis to Brooklyn Center. Two ramp closures start Tuesday: the ramp from Lyndale Avene to westbound Interstate 94, and the Dowling Avenue HOV ramp to eastbound I-94.
Highway 169, Edina to Golden Valley. Tuesday through June 13, the Cedar Lake Road ramp to northbound Highway 169 will be closed.
Interstate 694, Little Canada to Arden Hills. From Tuesday through June 3, westbound Interstate 694 will be just one lane between Rice Street and Victoria Street. The closures are each day, overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
