Nothern Spark, the annual all-night art festival, gets underway at sunset Saturday night and runs through sunrise Sunday morning. This year the festival is taking place at seven different stops along Metro Transit's Green Line light rail line, both in Minneapolis and St. Paul. It will feature approximately 70 different art projects on the theme of climate change.
