Sean Sherman, the chef, founder, and CEO of Sioux Chef, has been serving up Native American food through his work and food truck.
Now, he's starting a nonprofit called NATIFS to share the traditions more widely. The organization would include a restaurant and an indigenous culinary center.
Sherman joined All Things Considered host Tom Crann to discuss the project.
