They did it again. We're talking about the Hautman brothers — another Hautman brother has won the federal duck stamp art contest for 2017.
The stamp raises nearly $40 million each year from hunters and collectors to conserve and protect wetland habitats. The art on the stamp is picked in a contest.
Over the weekend, Bob Hautman from Delano won the contest for the third time.
