Miles Lord spent nearly 20 years on the bench as a federal judge. His career is peppered with a series of landmark decisions. From environmental policy to birth control, Lord's influence was both loved and loathed.
Roberta Walburn first encountered Judge Lord during her time as a reporter at the Star Tribune, but later eventually worked for him as a law clerk. She also recently wrote a book about his life and political influence titled "Miles Lord: The Maverick Judge Who Brought Corporate America to Justice."
Walburn joined MPR Reporter Euan Kerr for a conversation about the legacy Judge Lord left behind.
