Casimir Plakut and Augustine John Strub both served for a time at St. Boniface Church in Cold Spring, Minn. Both are deceased.
A news release from the diocese said Bishop Donald Kettler plans to hold a listening session in Cold Spring in the near future.
In September, Plakut and Strub were among three former monks named to St. John's Abbey's list of those credibly accused of abuse.
Plakut was ordained in 1938 and died in 1988. Strub was ordained in 1947 and died in 2015.
According to the St. Boniface Church's website, Plakut served at the church from 1948 to 1949. Strub served from 1958 to 1959.
