"Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson was number one on the Billboard pop chart 30 years ago today. It was one of five single's from the "Bad" album to top the charts.
Jackson dedicated the song to Yoshiaki Ogiwara, a five-year-old Japanese boy who was kidnapped, held for ransom and eventually murdered. It was a huge story in Japan while Jackson was on tour there and made a big impression on him.
