MPR's Cathy Wurzer and University of Minnesota professor emeritus Mark Seeley head out to the State Fair for the annual weather quiz.

Seeley and Wurzer chatted ahead of time about this week in weather. August has been a very wet month and is now wetter than June, which has traditionally been the wettest month in Minnesota.
