The NCAA men's hockey tournament begins on Friday, and the three top-seeded teams are all from Minnesota.

In the first round, St. Cloud State takes on American International, Minnesota State Mankato plays Providence and the University of Minnesota Duluth faces off against Bowling Green.

MPR News host Cathy Wurzer previewed the tournament with MPR sports commentator Brian Murphy.
