Folk-rock singer Brandi Carlile performs Saturday night at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand, part of the Current’s “Music on-a-Stick” show. The lineup also includes gospel and soul singer Mavis Staples and Nashville singer-songwriter Savannah Conley.
Carlile may be best known for her solo music career, but she co-produced and wrote several songs for the latest album by country music legend Tanya Tucker.
