9:20-10 a.m. — Can a woman be fired for being pregnant? Technically no. But thousands of women shared their stories of pregnancy discrimination this week on social media, after Sen. Elizabeth Warren was attacked for saying she was forced out of her first teaching job when she could no longer hide her pregnancy. We want to hear your stories, and guest host Tiffany Hanssen will talk to two experts who can talk about the legalities and the lived experience of pregnancy discrimination.

Despite criticism from allies at home and abroad, President Trump stood by his decision to withdraw American troops from northern Syria. He doubled down on Thursday saying, "If Turkey goes into Syria, it is between Turkey and Syria."
