SJU/CSB economics professor Louis Johnston discusses the most important issues in environmental economics with professors Sarah West of Macalester College and Stephen Polasky of the University of Minnesota. He and two fellow economists say natural scientists can describe our environmental problems, but economists try to figure out how to fix them. The session was held at Hamline University, host of the annual conference of the Minnesota Economic Association.
