With a few days still left in the month, this June is already one of the most peculiar in Minnesota history.

In his weekly chat with MPR News host Cathy Wurzer, retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley discussed the unusual 100 degree temperatures in several counties, some unusually high wind speeds and some short-lived tornado reported in northwest Minnesota.
