Southerly wind flow returns to Minnesota through Friday. That means another sticky tropical air mass blows into Minnesota. Dew points in the 60s to near 70 degrees are expected to pool and ride north once again Thursday and Friday.
NOAA’s GFS model tracks the plume of higher dew points northward into Minnesota. Dew points should make the lower 70s once again.
Highs in the 80s persist across southern Minnesota through Friday with 70s up north.

A cool front sags south across Minnesota Friday night. The system will spark scattered showers and thunderstorms that could linger into at least midday Saturday.
