Fall colors bursting
The leaves across northern Minnesota are in sync with the astronomical seasonal calendar. We’re getting a lot of stunning images from the interior of the Minnesota Arrowhead near the BWCA.
The Minnesota DNR reports fall colors at or near peak now across parts of northern Minnesota. Splashes of color are everywhere now in the Twin Cities area.

Fall colors appear to be progressing close to average this year. The elusively defined “peak fall color” typically arrives in the Twin Cities around the first week of October.
