Monday is expected to be a fairly quiet weather day.
High temps on Martin Luther King Day will be in the teens in northern Minnesota, with 20s elsewhere:

Twin Cities metro area temps will be slightly cooler than normal. Our average Jan. 18 high temp is 23 degrees.
Monday afternoon wind gusts are expected to be in the 10-15 mph range:

Back to temperatures, Twin Cities metro area highs are projected to reach the upper teens on Tuesday. Temps rebound after that, with highs in the mid 30s Wednesday and lower 30s on Thursday. Temps retreat on Friday, with a high in the middle teens. Saturday looks cool, followed by near-normal temps on Sunday.
The new outlook from the NWS Climate Prediction Center shows a slight tendency for below-normal temps in southern Minnesota during the final week of January:

We may end up with a mix of cool days and near-normal days.
Snow chances
Light snow showers are possible in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin Sunday evening.
There’s a chance of light snow showers Monday afternoon and evening in west-central and southwestern Minnesota. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern Monday through Monday evening:
