Temperatures will be very warm Monday and Tuesday, in the 70s nearly statewide. We’ll have partly cloudy skies with a cool front touching off showers Wednesday and bringing in chilly air late week.
Well above normal temperatures to start the week
It will be another very warm day Monday with highs well into the 70s for most of Minnesota. Some places in southwest Minnesota will near 80 once again. Skies will be partly cloudy and Tuesday will be another warm day for most.
Late week chill
A cool front slides south Wednesday touching off some scattered rain showers and switching winds out of the north.
We’ll have a couple of very chilly mornings Friday and Saturday with our coldest temperatures yet. Perhaps a first frost will occur for Minneapolis and St. Paul proper.
