Monday’s weather map sure doesn’t look like mid-November. No early-winter storms are to be seen. The only feature of note is significant rain for Gulf coastal areas from Texas to Mississippi.
Minnesota will have a lovely Monday with sunny skies, unseasonably-mild temperatures and light winds. Afternoon highs will be in the 40s across the north, 50s for most central and southern sections and low 60s in the southwest. The Twin Cities should reach about 56 with a west wind of around 10 mph.
Temperatures will remain much warmer than normal for most of Minnesota through Thursday.
The wrinkle in Thursday’s forecast is likely to be some rain or light snow for northern Minnesota.
