Dry in most areas
Forecast models keep most of Minnesota and western Wisconsin dry this weekend. Far southwestern Minnesota will have a chance of rain showers late Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern from Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon:

Weekend temps
The average Twin Cities high temperature is 41 degrees on Nov. 18. Metro area highs are likely to reach the lower 50s Saturday afternoon.
Roughly the southern half of Minnesota will see Saturday highs in the 50s, with mainly 40s in the north:
Some spots along the Red River Valley in northwestern Minnesota will touch 50 degrees.
A similar high temperature pattern is expected on Sunday, with 50s south and mainly 40s to the north:
Some spots in Cook County in northeastern Minnesota could see Sunday highs in the upper 30s.
It’ll be a bit breezy Sunday afternoon in portions of west-central and southwestern Minnesota, with wind gusts in the 15-18 mph range:
