Bright Friday with weekend light snow
Enjoy Friday’s sunshine. It’s the most we’ve seen in about a week. High temperatures will warm to near 40 degrees in southern and eastern Minnesota.
Clouds increase Friday night into early Saturday as a clipper system brings light snow spreading south into Saturday night and early Sunday.
Snowfall will generally be light but will whiten lawns across much of northern and southeastern Minnesota.
It will also pull down some cooler air. We’ll still see temperatures above-normal, but Sunday night could bring the coldest readings in nearly two weeks with lows in the teens and single digits.
