The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the Fargo-Moorhead area: Expect wind chills near 30 below zero in portions of the Red River Valley area through next Wednesday.
Look for patchy blowing snow west of the valley Thursday afternoon and evening. Forecasted highs sit just above zero the rest of the week through Saturday: Friday’s high is 6; Saturday’s is 8.
But by Sunday (are you ready for this?) the expected high is 21 — with partial sun even. Monday warms up even more to a high of 26.
