We had several days this past week with Twin Cities highs in the 60s, which are typical metro area high temps in May.
Our Sunday will feel like late February or early March, with highs in the 30s and gusty winds. The average Twin Cities high temperature is 42 degrees on March 17.
Northern Minnesota will see Sunday highs in the 20s, with 30s elsewhere in Minnesota and western Wisconsin:
Wind chill temperatures early Sunday morning are in the single digits across much of Minnesota, and in the lower teens in the Twin Cities. Early afternoon wind chills are forecast to be in the single digits in northern Minnesota, with teens to the south:

Flake chances
Patchy light snow showers and flurries are moving through Minnesota and western Wisconsin Sunday morning. A few scattered flurries are also possible Sunday afternoon, especially in northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale Forecast System model shows the potential precipitation pattern from noon Sunday to 11 p.m. Sunday:
Iron County of far northern Wisconsin plus portions of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan could receive several inches of lake effect snow Sunday through Monday morning:
