Tuesday brought our latest shot of rain and thunder to most of Minnesota. Severe weather reports are spotty. Here are a couple of reports of damage received Tuesday.
7 N Hutchinson [Meeker Co, MN] Law Enforcement reports Tstm Wnd Dmg at 3:39 PM CDT -- *** 1 INJ *** Corrects previous tstm wnd dmg report from 7 N Hutchinson. Relayed report from sheriffs office of a shed with roof blown off and sides collapsed.
1 NNW Circle Pines [Anoka Co, MN] Trained Spotter reports Tstm Wnd Dmg at 4:55 PM CDT -- 14-inch diameter tree down, signs down at Lexington Ave and Pheasant Ridge Dr.
As of this post storms are moving east and will track into Wisconsin through Tuesday evening.
Drier days ahead
Our weather pattern will feature a drier northwest flow for most of the next week. A few stray afternoon thundershowers will favor the northern half of Minnesota on Wednesday. But the majority of the hours will be dry for the next several days.
The Canadian and most other models keep most precipitation north and east of Minnesota through next Monday.

Temperatures will be fairly pleasant for the next week. Highs Wednesday feature plenty of 70s across Minnesota.
Thursday looks like the coolest day. Check out the 50s up north!
The weekend looks mainly dry and a bit warmer. Highs will mostly be in the 70s.
If we can dodge the mosquitoes, it should be a pretty great time to be outside in Minnesota.
