Taking cues from Uber and Lyft, public agencies launch ‘microtransit’ services

Public transit agencies in the state are taking cues from Uber and Lyft to provide more affordable, accessible transportation to riders. It's a model called microtransit — and it looks to fill transportation gaps in new ways.
