Friday and Saturday will be our coldest days yet. Wind chills will be subzero both Friday and Saturday mornings for most of the state.
Cold Friday and Saturday before temps rebound some
Friday will be a cold and blustery day. Highs will be mostly in the teens and single digits with sunshine breaking out again for southern Minnesota by midday and afternoon. We should see brighter skies into Saturday with a mix of clouds and sun. Where there are clouds, there will be at least some flurries again, especially in northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.
Wind chill values will be subzero both early Friday and early Saturday for most of the state.
Temperatures will be in the single digits and even subzero overnight Friday night into early Saturday.
A couple of clipper systems will bring light snow or flurries early next week. Highs by next week will be back in the 30s by mid to late week potentially at least for one or two days.
