Another clipper system is headed toward Minnesota late Saturday into early Sunday bringing more snow showers.
This system has the potential to deliver more snow than Thursday’s moisture-starved clipper. While not a big storm, more than a couple of inches could fall, especially in northern Minnesota.
The clipper will be followed by a brief but potent blast of cold air for Monday and Tuesday. Highs Monday will be in the single digits and even subzero north.
Both Sunday and Monday nights will yield subzero temperatures for much of the state.
We warm pretty quickly by mid to late next week. In fact, by Thursday we may see our first above-freezing high temperature of this month!
