Another day of near-record warmth is in store Sunday before a cold front begins to cool things off by Tuesday. There are rain chances Sunday into Monday across northern Minnesota and into the central part of the state by midday Monday.

Unseasonably warm weather prevailed across Minnesota on Saturday, with several locations tying or setting record highs for the date. In addition, strong winds and low humidity kept fire weather conditions elevated. We should see things settle down early next week, with a return to seasonable temperatures by midweek.
