Early voting is underway for Minnesota's primary election. On Aug. 13, in person voters will determine which Democratic and Republican candidates will be on the ballot for the general election on Nov. 5.
MPR News reached out to all candidates, providing a three-question survey for them to fill out and inform voters about who they are and their priorities if elected.

Here are the non partisan candidates running in the primary: Steven B. Johnson (incumbent), Julianne Paulsen (incumbent), Ricky Angellar, Annie Bachschneider, David S. Hansen, Rodney Salo and Jared Siebert.
