It's easy to stay active during winter in Minnesota. There's cross-country skiing, ice skating and even fat tire bike races.
But what about “fro-gahhh?” That's frozen yoga, a yoga class practiced on a frozen lake.
Only in Minnesota, right?
The 2022 Art Shanty Projects are back on Lake Harriet, and one of the festival activities open to the public is fro-gahhh. We sent our producer Lindsay Guentzel to get the full experience, and then host Cathy Wurzer spoke with one of the fro-gahhh instructors, James Orione of Bridges Through Yoga.
