New details emerge on the fatal shooting of Ricky Cobb II

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety on Thursday released the name of the state trooper who shot and killed a man on I-94 in Minneapolis early Monday morning.

Ricky Cobb was pulled over for a traffic stop when law enforcement learned he was wanted in Ramsey County for violating a protection order. MPR News reporter Tim Nelson joined MPR News host Cathy Wurzer with more new details on the deadly confrontation.
