Drivers in the Twin Cities will need to navigate two freeway closures this weekend. MnDOT says the westbound lanes of Interstate 94 in St. Paul will be closed between I-35 E and Highway 280 from 10 p.m. Friday through early Monday. Also, the eastbound lanes of Highway 36 will be closed between I-35 W and I-35 E from 9 p.m. Friday through early Monday.
And a woman pleaded guilty Thursday to attempting to bribe a juror in the first Feeding our Future trial. Ladan Ali, 31 admitted she delivered a gift bag with $120,000 to a relative at a juror’s house in June and promised more in exchange for returning a not guilty verdict.
