Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance will be at a fundraiser in Minnesota on Monday. And Medicare’s open enrollment period starts Tuesday and there are big changes in the works. Several Minnesota health systems are changing which Medicare Advantage plan they will be in-network with next year.
