How are you feeling? No, how are you really feeling?

In the weeks leading up to the polarizing 2024 election many people were feeling anxious. Now, a week after President-elect Donald Trump emerged as a clear winner, emotions are still running strong.

Maybe you’re feeling relieved, numb, hopeful, angry, happy, scared, misunderstood, judged or simply exhausted. Maybe you feel impatient with a family member who wants to keep talking about the election. Or maybe you feel betrayed by a friend who voted differently than you did.

MPR News host Angela Davis talks with two therapists about the swirl of emotions bubbling up after the election.
