Israeli counterterrorism expert Boaz Ganor explained what the rest of the world can learn from his country's experiences with terrorism in a recent speech at the Commonwealth Club of California.
Ganor is the executive director of the International Policy Institute for Counter-Terrorism, and sits on Israel's National Committee for Homeland Security Technologies.
Ganor, deputy dean of the Lauder School of Government and Diplomacy in Herzilya, is the author of "The Counter-Terrorism Puzzle: A Guide for Decision Makers," published in both Hebrew and English language editions.
