Romelle Jones, owner of the Arts Cafe in Moose Lake, was one of the first Minnesotans to push for a smoking ban. In 2000, Moose Lake, a rural town just south of Duluth, became the first town to go smoke-free. Jones reflects on life in Moose Lake since the ban was passed.
