Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann will not be in the audience at Vice President Joe Biden's appearance in St. Cloud today -- she's in Washington -- but she does represent St. Cloud and the rest of Minnesota's 6th District in Congress.
She's also an outspoken opponent of the stimulus package Biden is coming to Minnesota to promote.
