Each week Minnesota Public Radio News asks three people from the Minnesota arts scene to be "Art Hounds." Their job is to step outside our own work and hunt down something exciting that's going on this weekend.

This Week:

Alyssa Kleven is general manager of Afternoon Records in Minneapolis. Alyssa plans to drive to Eau Claire, Wis., to see Bon Iver, aka Justin Vernon, return to his high school to play with the Memorial High School Jazz Ensemble.

The concert, featuring all Duke Ellington music, is a benefit to raise money for the Ensemble's upcoming trip to Lincoln Center in New York.
