The Minnesota House passed a tax bill that increases taxes $1.5 billion by the narrowest of margins. DFL Rep. Tom Rukavina of Virginia had to orally switch his vote in order for the House to get the needed 68 votes to pass the bill. 18 DFLers joined every Republican to vote against the bill. Here's the roll call:
