There's a lot of talk in the state's political circles about Governor Tim Pawlenty's decision not seek a third term. Without an incumbant, the 2010 governor's race is wide open, and Pawlenty now has to govern as a lame duck. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Capitol reporter Tom Scheck about how the politics could play out.
