The bonding bill is on Gov. Tim Pawlenty desk today and he says he will sign it into law. But, he also says he will trim its $1 billion cost with his line-item veto. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio Newsreporter Tim Pugmire about that and other items on the agenda at the state Capitol this week.
