Gov. Tim Pawlenty signed a state bonding bill with $686 million for building and maintenance projects around Minnesota. But that amount is about a third smaller than lawmakers had approved because the governor vetoed 52 of the projects in the bill. The biggest cuts came from proposed projects at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
