The ban on synthetic marijuana in Duluth is the target of a new lawsuit expected to be filed as soon as today. The federal suit comes from the owner of a store in Duluth called "The Last Place on Earth." Jim Carlson says he's suing because the ban is too vague.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio news reporter Bob Kelleher who talked from our Duluth bureau about that and an internal Republican poll on the race in the 8th Congressional District, plus other news in northeastern Minnesota.
