Prosecutors want fallen Twin Cities auto mogul Denny Hecker to stay in jail because he is a flight risk and "an economic threat to the community."
Prosecutors filed a motion in federal court Monday to keep Hecker in the Sherburne County Jail pending his sentencing for fraud and conspiracy. Hecker has been jailed since late October.
Hecker filed a motion last Friday asking to be released pending his sentencing.
But prosecutors say Hecker has no impulse control, which contributes to the likelihood he would try to flee.

WCCO-TV reports prosecutors also revealed they will ask for the maximum 10-year sentence.
A hearing on whether Hecker will be released is scheduled Tuesday.
