MPR News' Tom Crann of All Things Considered speaks with Chad Schwitters, executive director of Urban Homeworks, and Tim Manz, district supervisor of Housing Inspection Services - Minneapolis Regulatory Services, about how a community rebuilds after the devastation of a tornado. Some 3,700 residences were damaged in the storm to some degree. A year later, there are some remarkably re-built homes on the north side.
