Arden Hills and Ramsey County officials are holding another public input session Tuesday night to gather ideas for redeveloping the old Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant.
Demolition on the 427 acre site began last spring. Arden Hills Mayor David Grant says all but one building has been torn down.
Grant said a mixed-use development is likely, with both residential and commercial property. He says public opinion will help shape the master plan.

"If it's a certain type of residential, what type of residential? What type of commercial or light industrial? That'll determine how much land is available for various types of developers," Grant said.
Ramsey County is spending $24.5 million to clean up the site.
Other redevelopment efforts have come and gone in the last decade, including plans to build a new Vikings stadium there.
The public meeting is at the Ramsey County Public Works building from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17.
