The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra has a $280,000 surplus and will use it to help pay down the orchestra's $800,000 deficit last year, MPR News' Euan Kerr reported Tuesday.

Kerr joins The Daily Circuit to discuss the surprise surplus and give us an update on the lockout of Minnesota Orchestra musicians.
