The Vikings will give select fans a sneak peek at the interior and amenities of the new stadium this week.
The 7,500 square foot "New Stadium Preview Center" will display a "custom filmed experiential player tunnel and Vikings locker room experience, two authentic suite build-outs, a 24-seat Club seating section, 37 high-definition televisions and seven interactive kiosks." The team also promises a city model, a stadium model and "the opportunity to see 360 degree panoramic views from 275 vantage points in the stadium."
John Vomhof Jr., over at the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal, says the team will be offering suites for between $110,000 and $500,000 each.
The team is also selling personal seat licenses for about 80 percent of the 64,500 seats in the stadium. Those will run for between $500 and $9,500 for the prime spots, right on the field behind the Vikings bench. Ticket prices (see the map below) will run from $50 to $400 per game, above and beyond the license fees.
The sales center is in the 1010 Metrodome Square building, overlooking the stadium construction site in Minneapolis. The team says it is currently contacting season ticket holders and arranging appointments to come in and see the center.
